tacoma weddings ~ courtyard marriott ~ soo + jimmy

can i just tell you… right now… how much i LOVE these boys? you know what, i can’t even wait for the answer… i love them *that* much.

funnest. boys. ever.

while jenny was with the ladies at the courtyard marriott, i was up the street at hotel murano with jimmy and his crew.

people… there were hijinks.

flasks are a really popular gift from the groom to his groomsmen… 2nd popular should be a flask funnel; but these boys made do with a paper cup!

the boys hopped in the limo and headed down to the courtyard marriott for the reveal… but not before checking out their awesomeness.

i loved this shot of soo coming up the stairs to meet jimmy…

i took the photo below while jenny did this…

the whole party jumped in the limo to head over to the glass museum!

jenny started with the ladies, while i had some more fun with the boys… they brought some serious swagger.

jimmy’s new in-laws gave him this watch!

then it was time to switch! my turn with the girls… they brought their A-game!

the two shots that follow are my most favorite things ever.

the reception was beautiful with all the bright cheery yellow and white flowers!

woodinville weddings ~ novelty hill januik ~ emily + nick

emily is total sweetness and light and nick has that old crooner look…

i met up with nick and the boys while jenny was with the ladies. i loved this shot of the wedding binder next to the comic books!

see what i mean about nick?!

nick gave all the boys flasks – unfortunately no one had a funnel… but nick’s dad came to the rescue with a makeshift funnel made out of wrapping paper!

being a second photographer means that i get to find different angles to shoot from… sometimes it’s not so great… and sometimes it’s awesome…

after the reveal, we all hopped on the party bus and headed over to occidental park for some fun! while jenny took the boys, i took the girls…

ceremony time… januik winery is BEAUTIFUL! so modern and fun!

each table had their very own cake – so fun!

emily and nick had a great time on the dance floor!

whidbey island weddings ~ jenne farm ~ gingi + pere

when i first met gingi and pere, i knew they would be an awesome couple to work with! i loved hanging out with them and their sweet pups at the e-session, and their wedding day was no different! they had a brilliant day full of great weather, fabulous food, amazing friends and family, and a feeling of love that was tangible… it all made for an absolutely beautiful day at jenne farm on whidbey island!

gingi looked amazing in her dress – such a unique style!

i love that their pups stayed nearby for their first look…

gingi and pere chose tattoos instead of wedding rings, so for their ceremony they wrapped ribbon around their finger so that the tattoo was covered! during the ceremony, they untied the ribbons instead of exchanging rings!
